Make Way for Marshalls

           It’s a first-of-its-kind for savvy local shoppers. The first Marshalls in the Dubuque area will debut next summer at Kennedy Mall. The new store will occupy a 24,000 square foot space next to Books-A-Million. 

Marshalls is a wildly popular off-price retailer. It offers the perfect combination of brand, fashion, price, and quality. Kennedy Mall has been serving the people of northeast Iowa, as well as nearby communities in Wisconsin and Illinois, since 1970. Located at 555 J.F.K.
