Popular coffee chain to open at Kennedy Mall this year

A popular coffee chain is coming to Dubuque’s Kennedy Mall by the end of the year.
7 Brew Coffee will lease a plot of land from the mall at the corner of Stoneman Road and John F. Kennedy Road.
Construction of the drive-thru coffee shop is underway, and the franchise aims to possibly open before the holiday season, said Joe Bell, director of corporate communication for Kennedy Mall’s owner and management company, Cafaro Co.
“7 Brew has become very, very popular,” Bell said. “It’s another great coffee spot.”
The drive-thru coffee chain features a range of hot, iced or frozen coffees, as well as energy drinks, sodas, tea, chai, matcha, lemonades, smoothies and shakes. Its flavor rolodex includes unique takes such as cinnamon roll, banana bread and toasted marshmallow coffees, as well as and key lime pie and fruit roll-up lemonades.
